1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the vip baje platform at vip-baje.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "vip baje", or "we"), you — the user (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "you", or "your") — confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions — in whole or in part — you must immediately cease using the vip baje platform and must not attempt to register an account, deposit funds, or place any bets. Access to vip baje services is conditional on full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Age Verification

vip baje reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or upon detection of any activity that raises reasonable doubt about a player's age or identity. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a secondary proof of identity.

Accounts where age verification has not been completed will have withdrawal functionality suspended until the required documentation has been reviewed and approved by the vip baje compliance team. Deposits and gameplay may also be restricted at the platform's discretion during the verification period.

3. Account Registration

Accuracy of Information

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on vip baje at any given time. If vip baje detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method, all such accounts will be suspended without notice. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vip baje immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. vip baje will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Account Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the vip baje support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, subject to completed verification and compliance with withdrawal terms, will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

vip baje reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the account is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, where fraud or money laundering activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vip baje processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Additional payment options may be added or removed at the platform's discretion.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If a player has deposited via multiple methods, the withdrawal will be allocated proportionally to the depositing methods, at vip baje's discretion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vip baje offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players whose accounts are fully verified and in good standing at the time of the claim.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the applicable time limit will be removed from the player's account automatically.

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering, or using automated software to complete wagering requirements — will have their bonus and all associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed. vip baje reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings where bonus abuse is suspected pending the outcome of an investigation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the vip baje platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players by any means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, including for the purposes of gameplay, bonus farming, or arbitrage betting.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform — whether in games, payment processing, or account management — for financial gain. • Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Posting, transmitting, or communicating any abusive, offensive, defamatory, or harassing content through any communication feature of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, algorithm, or security system used by the vip baje platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions, identity verification requirements, or security controls applied by the platform.

vip baje reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibited conduct provisions and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil or criminal legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the vip baje platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and user interface designs — is the property of vip baje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of vip baje.

The vip baje brand name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, advertising materials, or promotional content — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Where a court of competent jurisdiction determines that vip baje is liable to a player notwithstanding the above limitations, the total aggregate liability of vip baje to that player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their vip baje account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of online gaming law as applied in international jurisdictions. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
